Educational Qualification:- 

• Ophthalmic Assistant:-আবেদনকারীকে যে কোন স্বীকৃত শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে Higher Secondary পাস করতে হবে Physics, Chemistry, Biology Subject সহ এবং সঙ্গে Paramedical Ophthalmic এ Diploma Degree অর্জন করতে হবে। 
• Clinical Psychologist:- আবেদনকারীকে যে কোন স্বীকৃত শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে Psychology/Clinical Psychology/Medical এবং Social Psychology তে দুই বছরের Full Time Degree অর্জন করতে হবে এবং এক বছরের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকা বাধ্যতামূলক।
• Staff Nurse –আবেদনকারীকে যে কোন স্বীকৃত শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে Nursing এ B.Sc Degree বা GNM Degree অর্জন করতে হবে। 
• District of Consultant NCD-1:- আবেদনকারীকে যে কোন স্বীকৃত শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে Public Health/ Social Science/Management বা তৎসংলগ্ন কোন Degree অর্জন করতে হবে। 
• Dental Hygienist আবেদনকারীকে যে কোন স্বীকৃত শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে Dental Hygienist এ Diploma Degree অর্জন করতে হবে এবং সঙ্গে West Bengal Dental Council এর সদস্য হওয়া বাধ্যতামূলক এবং সঙ্গে দুই বছরের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকা বাধ্যতামূলক এবং আবেদনকারী সর্বোচ্চ বয়স হতে পারে ৪০ বছর।
• Psychiatric Nurse:-Psychiatric Nursing এ B.SC বা M.Sc পাস বাধ্যতামূলক এবং আবেদনকারী সর্বোচ্চ বয়স হতে পারে 40 বছর।
• Staff Nurse:-আবেদনকারীকে যে কোন স্বীকৃত শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে Nursing এ B.Sc Degree বা GNM Degree অর্জন করতে হবে। 
• Medical Officer :- আবেদনকারীকে যে কোন স্বীকৃত শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে MBBS Degree অর্জন করতে হবে 
• Staff Nurse –আবেদনকারীকে যে কোন স্বীকৃত শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে Nursing এ B.Sc Degree বা GNM Degree অর্জন করতে হবে। 
• CHA (Urban) –আবেদনকারীকে যে কোন স্বীকৃত শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে Nursing এ B.Sc Degree বা GNM Degree অর্জন করতে হবে। 
• Specialist (Medicine):- আবেদনকারীকে যে কোন স্বীকৃত শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে MBBS Degree অর্জন করতে হবে বা Medicine এ Diploma Degree অর্জন করতে হবে।
• Specialist (Paediatrics):- আবেদনকারীকে যে কোন স্বীকৃত শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে MBBS Degree অর্জন করতে হবে বা Paediatric এ Diploma Degree অর্জন করতে হবে।
• Specialist (G&O):-আবেদনকারীকে যে কোন স্বীকৃত শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে MBBS Degree অর্জন করতে হবে বা G&O এ Diploma Degree অর্জন করতে হবে।
• Specialist (Ophthalmologist):-আবেদনকারীকে যে কোন স্বীকৃত শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে MBBS Degree অর্জন করতে হবে বা Ophthalmologist এ Diploma Degree অর্জন করতে হবে।
