Educational Qualification:- 

•  Personnel & HR:– আবেদনকারীকে Recognise শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে অন্তত দুই বছরের  Post Graduate Degree/PG Diploma/Post Graduate Program পাস করতে হবে Management with specialization in HR/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management or MHROD or MBA or Master of Social Work with specialization in HR(Major) ন্যূনতম 60% মার্কস সহ।
• Environment:-আবেদনকারীকে Recognise শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে অন্তত দুই বছরের Course পাস করতে হবে 60% মার্কস সহ বা Engineering Degree with PG Degree/Diploma in Environmental Engineering থাকলেও আবেদনকারী আবেদন করতে পারবে। 
• Material Management:- Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering পাস করতে হবে দুই বছরের ফুল টাইম MBA/PG Diploma পাস করতে হবে Management এ 60% মার্কস সহ।
• Marketing and Sales:- Recognise শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে দুই বছরের ফুল টাইম MBA/PG Diploma পাস করতে হবে Management এ 60% মার্কস সহ।
• Community Development:- Recognise শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে দুই বছরের ফুল টাইম Post Graduation Degree বা Diploma Community Development/Rural Development/Community Organisation and Development Practice/ Urban and Rural Community Development / Rural and Tribal Development/Development Management / Rural Managemen তে পাস করতে হবে ।
• Legal:- Recognise শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে নূন্যতম 60%  মার্কস সহ 3 বছরের বা 5 বছরের Law তে Graduation Degree অর্জন করতে হবে।
• Public Relations:- Recognise শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে Full Time Post Graduation Degree বা Diploma পাস করতে হবে নূন্যতম 60%  মার্কস সহ Journalism/Mass Communication/Public Relations এ।
• Company Secretary :- Recognise শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে Full Time Post Graduation Degree বা Diploma পাস করতে হবে নূন্যতম 60%  মার্কস সহ Associate/Fellow membership of ICSI তে।
