আবেদনকারী কে শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে Full Time Engineering Degree পাস করতে হবে 60% মার্কস সহ। SC / ST / PWD Category অন্তর্ভুক্ত আবেদনকারীদের 50% মার্কস পেলেও আবেদন করতে পারবে।
